Erie Colorado is a suburb of both Boulder and Denver Colorado, located Northwest of Denver, with an easy commute to DIA, Denver, and Boulder Colorado. The Town of Erie is centrally Located 25 miles north of downtown Denver and approximately 2 miles west of I-25. Erie is a short commute to both Boulder (seventeen minutes), Downtown Denver (twenty-five minutes), and Denver International Airport (twenty-three minutes).

The Town of Erie lies in both Boulder County and Weld County, separated by County Line Road. Some Erie neighborhoods lie the Boulder Valley School District, while others feed into the St. Vrain Valley School District. The schools in both districts both enjoy fantastic ratings and high average scores on standardized testing.

Erie has a fantastic small-town feel with several popular community events held throughout the year, like the Erie Town Fair, Erie Farmer's Market, the Hot Air Balloon Festival, and an award winning fireworks display every July 3rd. Erie also features the award winning Colorado National Golf Course, which is home to the University of Colorado Collegiate Golf Team. Nearby shopping attractions include Top Golf, Denver Premium Outlet Mall, The Orchard Town Center Mall, Cabela’s, Costco, Home Depot, and Lowes.
